Notice of Intent

1. The Board of Pilotage Commissioners has proposed a rule change to Chapter 494-1-1 of the Rules for the Government of Bar and Harbor Pilotage. Specifically Rule 494-1-1-.32 Rules for Ordering and Receiving State Pilots Onboard a Vessel in the Port of Brunswick. 2. The Board of Pilotage Commissioners will hold a Rate Hearing regarding the adoption of a new fee to be titled Capital Boat Fund Fee II.
